At ShonenX, every piece is made-to-order. This means we do not hold stock and each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Refunds & Replacements
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund if your order has an issue such as:

The item is damaged or defective

You received the wrong item

Your order is lost in transit
To be eligible, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
What is Not Eligible
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size, colour, or design selected

Minor variations in print placement or colour

Shipping delays outside our control

Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
How to Request a Refund
To submit a request, email us at support@shonenx.com.au with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item
We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
Resolution Options
If your request is approved, we may offer:

A replacement item

Store credit

A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins for a full refund (Immediately after order is placed).

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
