This reduces waste and allows us to create exclusive drops—but it also means we don’t operate like traditional retail stores when it comes to returns.
🔥 Orders & Production
Q: Why does my order take time to ship?
All ShonenX pieces are made-to-order. Production typically takes 1–4 business days before shipping.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before production starts, please contact us immediately. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
If we are not provided sufficient time to cancel your order we may deny your request.
📦 Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but typically:

Q: Will I receive tracking?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
Q: My order is delayed—what should I do?
Delays can occasionally happen due to couriers or customs. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll help.
👕 Sizing & Products
Q: How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to our size guide before purchasing. Our pieces are designed with a streetwear/oversized fit.
Q: Will the print look exactly like the photos?
Slight variations in colour or placement may occur due to the printing process. This is normal for made-to-order items.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for change of mind as all items are made-to-order.
Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection or colour, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
